The personal data controller is JAGIEŁŁO & PARTNERS AMANDA JAGIEŁŁO, a business operated in Poland as a sole proprietorship.
For personal data matters, you can contact us via the data protection email, public email, phone, or the contact form available on the website.
What data do we process?
- name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, purpose of contact and message content,
- basic information about the property, if you provide it voluntarily,
- a CV in PDF format and a short recruitment message if you apply through the careers form,
- additional data voluntarily provided in application documents, if you consent to its processing,
- special-category data only when you provide it voluntarily and give explicit consent,
- technical information related to form operation, anti-spam control, website security, hosting and privacy settings,
- language preference, if you agree to have it remembered,
- analytics or marketing data only if such tools are launched and you provide the required consent.
Purposes and legal bases
- handling inquiries and preparing responses: art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR or Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR,
- handling recruitment applications: art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR, art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR to the extent required by law and consent if you provide data beyond the required scope,
- processing of special category data provided voluntarily: explicit consent, Art. 9 section 2 letter a GDPR,
- participation in future recruitment for 12 months: consent, art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR,
- conducting communication, organizing customer service and securing claims: art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR,
- fulfillment of legal obligations, if they arise: art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR,
- remembering optional language preferences: user consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR,
- analytics, advertising effectiveness measurement, remarketing or similar tracking technologies: user consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, if such tools are implemented.
Data recipients
Data may be shared with categories of entities supporting website operation, email, hosting, IT security, forms, website deployments, analytics or marketing if such tools are implemented with user consent, and with advisors or specialists if needed to handle the matter and consistent with your enquiry. Data is not sold.
Analytics, marketing and tracking technologies
The current version of the website does not run analytics or marketing cookies. Planned analytics, advertising, remarketing tools or similar tracking technologies will be activated only within the scope permitted by law and after obtaining the required user consent. Until consent is given, such tools should remain disabled, except for elements necessary for website operation and security.
Retention period
Enquiry data is stored for the time needed to handle the matter and further communication, and then for a period justified by claims protection or legal obligations. Recruitment data is stored for the duration of recruitment, and for future recruitment for a maximum of 12 months unless you withdraw consent earlier. Data processed on the basis of consent is stored until consent is withdrawn or the data is no longer useful. Analytics and marketing data, if implemented, will be stored according to the settings of the relevant tool and the period indicated when consent is obtained.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to data, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, transfer of data, objection and withdrawal of consent if the processing is based on consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the compliance of processing carried out before its withdrawal. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Is providing data mandatory
Providing data in the form is voluntary, but the email address and basic contact details are needed to respond to the inquiry. In the career form, we need contact details and a PDF CV in order to consider your application. Phone number is optional.
AI and automated decisions
AI may support workflow organization, market analysis and information preparation, but we do not make decisions about users that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
